The AI chatbot trains itself on your website content, answers visitors 24/7 in their language, captures leads, tracks orders for WooCommerce and OpenCart stores, and hands the conversation over to your team through live chat when a human is needed. - Free trial: every signup gets a 14-day free trial of the AI agent (+ Pro) with 50 AI credits, no credit card required. After the trial the account moves to the Free plan automatically.
- AI credits: one AI credit covers one complete conversation with a visitor. Extra credits can be bought anytime and never expire.
- Setup: enter your website address and onWebChat reads your pages, writes the bot's instructions and trains the chatbot automatically. You can also add documents and text. The chatbot answers visitors once the AI agent plan is active.
- AI Analytics (AI agent plan): reviews every bot conversation, lists what to fix with ready-to-use training texts, and sends a weekly report.
